These Terms & Conditions apply to all services bought from Saiq Kamran through www.saiqkamran.com, by invoice or by online payment. By placing an order or paying an invoice you agree to these terms.
I provide online engineering and software consultancy, including CAD design and drawings (SolidWorks and other tools), FEA and CFD simulation (ANSYS, Abaqus and others), technical reports, MATLAB/Python work, and web/software development. All services are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.
Deliverables (files, models, reports or code) are sent by email or a shared cloud folder by the delivery date on the invoice. Delivery dates depend on you supplying complete input data on time. I will tell you promptly if a delay is expected.
Each project includes the number of revisions stated in the quotation (normally two rounds) for changes within the original scope.
You confirm that you have the right to share any files or data you send me. Simulation and design results depend on the inputs, loads and assumptions agreed with you. Engineering results should be checked by a qualified engineer of record before being used for manufacturing, construction or safety-critical decisions.
After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables made for you passes to you. I keep the right to use my own general tools, templates and know-how. Your files and project details are kept confidential, and I will not show your work publicly without your permission.
All payments are non-refundable, as set out in the No Refund & Cancellation Policy.
My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be resolved in good faith by email; if that fails, the courts of Multan, Pakistan have jurisdiction.
