All payments made to Saiq Kamran, by card (through Safepay) or by bank transfer, are final and non-refundable.
You pay for my professional time, expertise and the consultancy service described in your quotation or invoice, not for a particular result. Engineering design, simulation and software work depends on your inputs, assumptions and decisions, so I cannot guarantee a specific outcome, approval, performance figure or business result. Once you pay, I reserve time for your project and begin work.
Every project starts with a written quotation that sets out the scope, deliverables, number of revisions and delivery date. Please read it carefully and ask any questions before paying. By paying, you confirm that you accept the quotation and this policy.
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I will correct it free of charge, within the revisions included in your quotation.
The only exception is a billing error. If you were charged twice for the same invoice, or charged more than the invoiced amount, email saiqkamran38@gmail.com with your invoice number and the extra amount will be returned to your original payment method.
