This Privacy Policy explains how Saiq Kamran ("I", "me") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.saiqkamran.com, contact me, or buy my engineering and software consultancy services.
I only share information with service providers needed to run the business: my payment gateway and bank (to process payments), email and cloud storage providers (to deliver files), and authorities when the law requires it. Your project files are treated as confidential and are never shared with other clients.
Payments are handled over encrypted (HTTPS) connections by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. I keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires, and project files for up to 12 months after delivery unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
